Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Pickup Availability: If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• Products must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return or exchange requests submitted after the applicable return period will not be accepted.
